Peter Griffen is back for a second time to present his paintings at Saint Tropez as part of the "Rencontres Internationales du Cinéma des Antipodes." As an Australian artist residing in Sydney, he has put together many exhibitions in Australia and internationally. His abstract style and use of colour have won him many prizes and is the subject of numerous articles. A keen traveller, Peter Griffen always has his easel with him so that he can instantly capture a landscape to which he gives an expressionist finish later in his studio. He has waited patiently for the opportunity to return to the Mediterranean coast to finish his gouache series on Saint Tropez and Provence and to exhibit the final product in the city of Bailly.
