ARTICLE 1
The Rencontres Internationales du Cinéma des Antipodes aims at promoting Australian and New Zealand cinematographic and audiovisual production in France. The role of the Cinéma des Antipodes association is to foster Australian and New Zealand culture and became its main representative in France for the professionals and the audiences.

ARTICLE 2
The 2003 edition of the Rencontres Internationales du Cinéma des Antipodes will take place in Saint-Tropez from October 13 through October 19, 2003.

ARTICLE 3
Only the films meeting the following criteria can be entered:
1/ Format (with the exception of documentaries): 35 mm
Documentaries: 35 mm and video
2/ Duration of short films entering the competition: under 20 minutes
3/ Year of production: 2001, 2002, 2003
4/ The film must originate from Australia or New Zealand, or its director must be of Australian or New Zealand nationality.

ARTICLE 4
Short films which have not been selected for the competition can be selected for the non-competitive section.

ARTICLE 5
Films must be in their original language, subtitled or not (French or English).

ARTICLE 6
Deadline for all applications: Monday, September 1st, 2003.


ARTICLE 7
All documentation (biography, photos...) concerning the films which have been selected must be sent to the festival before September 15, 2003.

ARTICLE 8
Participation in the festival implies abiding by these regulations.
